Due to outdated facilities and deferred maintenance needs, the Beulah School District hired ICON to explore potential addition and renovation options for the High School Building to enhance student learning opportunities. After the successful passing of a bond referendum in early 2020, we were able to move forward with design. The project includes the demolition of the 1963 portion of the existing high school building, the addition of new classrooms and a commons space, and a redefined main entrance into the building. Construction is expected to begin in the Spring of 2020 and be complete for the start of the 2021 – 2022 school year.
